Why create a Watch It! account?
You need to create a Watch It! account to take advantage of your subscription across all the platforms on which the service is available (computer, tablet and mobile). A Watch It! account also guarantees you will receive the latest news concerning service updates and improvements.
Do I need to be connected to the Internet to enjoy the service?
You will need a 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection to access great quality videos. The quality of the videos depends on the quality of your connection. As the application uses large amounts of data, we recommend using your device's Wi-Fi connection.
Will I be able to access all the content once I've subscribed?
Watch It! offers its subscribers unlimited access to all the content included in the subscribed offer.
How does billing work on Watch It!?
You will be billed for your subscription at the start of each period, and it will be automatically renewed at the end of each period
How can I unsubscribe from Watch It!?
You can cancel your Watch It! subscription whenever you like. > For subscriptions taken out using a credit or debit card, or via PayPal: - Go to and log in - Go to the 'My Subscription' section on your account page - Click on 'Manage my subscription'- Click on 'Cancel' in the pop-up window and follow the instructions > For subscriptions taken out via iTunes: - Go to iTunes - Log in, and then click on 'Account Information'- Click on 'Subscriptions'- Click on 'Cancel subscription'> For subscriptions taken out via Google Play: - Go to the Google Play Store on your tablet or smartphone - Access the Watch It! application product sheet - Click on 'Cancel subscription'
I can't play the video; what should I do?
If your content doesn't start playing correctly, please check the following: - Is your subscription still active? - Are you properly connected to the Internet? If the problem persists, please contact our technical support team.
I can't log into my account. What should I do?
If you can't log in, please check the following: - Make sure you're properly connected to the Internet - Make sure you're using the right username/password combination - If you've forgotten your password, please click on the 'Forgotten Password' button on the 'Log In' page If you still can't log in, please contact our technical support team.
I'd like to delete my account. What do I have to do?
Please e-mail our technical support team. Please note that deleting your account will not automatically cancel any subscriptions linked to the account. There is a separate procedure to do this.
