Which devices can be used to watch Watch It!?
Watch It! is a service which can be accessed via any device connected to the Internet: a desktop computer, a laptop, a tablet, a smartphone or Android TV. You can enter the service’s website (www.watch-it.tv) on any device which is connected to the Internet, using a compatible browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer). For best performance, make sure that you’re using the latest version of your chosen browser.

Why do I need to create a Watch It! account?
Creating a Watch It! account is essential; without one, you won’t be able to benefit from your subscription on all the platforms which can access the service. A Watch It! account also ensures that you’re the first to find out about any updates and improvements made to the service.
How can I change my account password?
It couldn’t be simpler! Log in to the application or website with your current login/password. Once you’ve logged in, go to “My account” and click on “Change my password”. Enter your current password, followed by your new password. Confirm the change to complete the process.
Watching videos and using mobile data
Once you’ve confirmed your subscription to the package of your choice, you’ll have unlimited access to all the channels included in the package. Access to videos requires a 3G/4G connection or Wi-Fi to ensure very high-quality videos. Video quality depends on the quality of your Internet connection. The application uses a considerable amount of mobile data; we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection.
Can I access all content once I’ve subscribed?
Choose the package of channels you want. Once your subscription has been confirmed, you can view all the content included in this package of channels.
If you want, you can subscribe to several packages and access all the packages’ content.
How can I access free content?
If you want to experience the quality of Watch It!’s programs for yourself, you can watch some via the Watch It! – Discover channel. These free programs are updated regularly; check out the channel as often as you want!
How does the free trial work?
Subscribers to some packages are given a free trial period (24 hours, a week, a month). If you’ve enjoyed watching Watch It!, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the trial period for as long as you want. It’s easy to unsubscribe too: just go online at any time. Can I use my subscription when abroad?
Yes, you can access your subscription when travelling to another country; it’s just like accessing it at home.
I have a promotional code. How can I use it?
The procedure to use a promotional code is as follows: choose the package of channels you want to watch and click on the button to subscribe. Log in to your account or create an account if you don’t have one. On the payment page, click on “I have a promotional code” and enter this code in the corresponding field. Once this promotional code has been confirmed, you’ll be able to access a special offer.
Then enter a valid payment method to complete your subscription. This payment method will only be used at the end of your special offer. If you want to cancel your subscription at the end of your promotional period, all you need to do is go to the “My account/My subscription” section.
How does Watch It!’s billing work?
You will be billed depending on your chosen payment method:
- Operator payment: your subscription is billed at the end of each period, using your mobile operator or Internet operator account, from the date of your initial subscription.
- Credit/debit card: your subscription is billed at the end of each period, using your bank account, from the date of your initial subscription.
- PayPal: your subscription is billed at the end of each period, using your PayPal account, from the date of your initial subscription.
- App Store: your subscription is billed at the end of each period, using the bank account linked to the credit/debit card registered as part of your iTunes account, from the date of your initial subscription.
- Play Store: your subscription is billed at the end of each period, using the bank account linked to the credit/debit card registered as part of your Google account, from the date of your initial subscription.
How can I unsubscribe from Watch It!?
It couldn’t be simpler! Just follow the instructions on the following page:
You’ll be able to continue watching Watch It! until the end of your billing period. At the end of this billing period, your subscription will be cancelled and you’ll only be able to access the service’s free content.
You can also cancel your subscription directly on the Watch It! website. All you need to do is click on “My subscription” when viewing “My account”.
How can I use my subscription on all of my devices?
Firstly, you must make sure that your subscription is valid. Then log in on your computer, tablet, smartphone or Android TV to enjoy all the content from Watch It!.
To log in, just click on the “Log in” button and follow the instructions. However, please note that you can only watch Watch It! on one device at a time.
How can I watch Watch It! on my TV?
There are several ways to enjoy Watch It!’s programs on the big screen:
- Android TV: Download the Watch It! application on your Android TV or Android TV box. Open the application, log in and enjoy watching programs on the big screen.
- AirPlay/Chromecast: Download the Watch It! application on your mobile or tablet. Start playing a video and click on the AirPlay/Chromecast button which appears on the video. The device will then start to show the video on your television. Please note: your mobile/tablet must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your media player device (AirPlay/Chromecast).
The video won’t play. What should I do?
